What is VigWork?
A free exercise library of 1,324 movements with animated demonstrations, plus an AI coach that turns a short conversation into a personalised training program you buy once.
Do I need an account to use it?
Not to browse the library, search, or filter by body part and equipment. An account is only needed to log sessions, build a manual program, or use the AI coach.
What languages is it available in?
English and French today, with routing and content built to add more languages without restructuring the site.
Pricing and payment
What exactly am I paying for?
One training program, generated from your own intake conversation and shown to you before you pay. There is no subscription and no card kept on file for recurring billing.
What is the difference between the two program tiers?
A shorter, cheaper program to prove the plan fits, or a longer program with more weeks of progression built in. Both come from the same intake conversation; you choose after seeing the actual plan, not before.
What if my program stops fitting?
You can pay a smaller fee to adjust an active program (swap out an exercise, adapt to newly limited equipment) rather than buying an entirely new one.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe, or through PayPal. Whichever methods are configured appear at checkout; card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach us.
The AI coach
How does the coach handle injuries?
If you report an area that gives you trouble, every exercise that loads it is removed from consideration before your program is built. This is exclusion, not treatment: for pain or an active injury, see a professional.
What if I only train at home with limited equipment?
Tell the coach exactly what you have. Bodyweight-only is a fully supported answer, and the program is built entirely from movements that equipment allows.
Does it work for someone who has never trained before?
Yes. Experience level is part of the intake, and a true beginner gets a program built for that, not an advanced template with lighter numbers.
Can the AI invent an exercise that does not exist?
No. It composes every program from a fixed catalog of 1,324 verified exercises and cannot select anything outside it.
Account and data
What happens to my training data?
Your logged sessions and past programs stay in your account and stay free to access. They also improve future programs, because the coach can see what you actually did rather than only what was planned.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, write to support and your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where payment records must be kept longer for tax and accounting purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Do you store my card or PayPal details?
No. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal; we only ever see the amount, the provider, and whether it succeeded.
